I let mine run around in my room but don't lose him/her also wheels and balls brake there backs don't use them.

I do mine once every two weeks but once a week wouldn't hurt.

It's okay for them to be overweight just don't over feed them.

How often should I give them a bath?
I strongly suggest you do not give them a bath I use this special shampoo you can get at a pet store made for guinea pigs and all you do is spray it on no water needed. I do it about once every three days. Mine is called Quick & Clean instant shampoo by Super Pet.

What is a good way to give them Vitamin C?
I use these special drop that you put in their water everyday 2-3 drops for young 3-5 drops for adult.A great source for Vitamin C and others. It's called Daily Liquid Muti-Vitiamins for guinea pigs by LM Animal Farms.

Do they need a wheel or toys in there cage?
You cannot put wheels in there cage because it breaks there backs but yes they still need chewing toys.

Is there a way to stop them from peeing and pooping on you and your floor?
Maybe they just need to warm up to you but other than that, No.

What temperature do guinea pigs like?
Mine like 70's but don't change the temperature to quick or them they are irritated and may die.

Should it be inside or outside?
I suggest inside because you won't have to walk out side and worry about food and water, or if its there, the temperature, other animals, (ext.)

How do I convince my parents to get a guinea Pig?
What ever thee answer is you will just have to accept it. Also this is a time to show your parents you are responsible.

Shelter vs. Shop?
I suggest shelter but if there is no shelter then buy from a shop in both places make sure:
-It is the correct gender -Not pregnant

How can I get them to stop being scared of me?
I love to take them out and snuggle them.

How much are you supposed to feed them a day?
4 spoon fulls of food but to spoil mine I give her 2 handfuls of romaine lettuce and two carrots.

Can I train my guinea pig to come to its name or even know its name?
You can't really train them to come to their name but mine know it's name and squeaks when I call it and it's two years old.

Things to Think About

* Don't put wheels in their cage
* Don't let them roll around in a ball
* Make sure your cage it tighly shut when you
leave him/her.
* NO BATHS!!! Just spray
* Make sure they get lots of vitamin C and
other vitamins.
*Don't let it get drafty or drop of temperature.
*I suggest not having it out side
